In the automated stamping production process, in order to ensure
the quality of stamped products, high-precision punching, feeding

eliminate its internal stress and improve its flatness. The
two-in-one rack and the leveling machine are integrated into the

Type and working principle of the material frame part
The material frame part of the two-in-one rack and leveling
machine is of the power type and the non-power type. At the same time, if
the material has large elasticity and large thickness, a pneumatic
pressing arm can be added to the material frame part in the
material roll. When the expansion is carried out, the material is
pressed tightly to prevent the material from being loosened, and
the friction between the material and the material shingle is
increased, so as to prevent the material from slipping and
unloading and the surface of the material.
(1) Powered material frame: The power type material frame is driven
by the motor through the reducer belt to drive the main shaft, and
the main shaft drives the material frame to rotate, thereby
realizing the function of discharging and unwinding.
In order to ensure synchronization with the leveling part, the
power material frame is equipped with a light eye or a 24V sensor
frame to control the opening and closing of the material rack. When
the material is drooped to a certain degree of curvature, the
material frame will immediately stop running when the sensor frame
is touched or the light eye is blocked. When the material leaves
the sensor frame or does not block the light eye, the material
frame will re-run the feeding, fully automatic opening and closing.
(2) Unpowered material frame: The unpowered material frame is not
equipped with electric box in the material frame part, no motor is
provided for power, and the feeding function is realized by the
two-in-one flattening part, and the leveling part is leveling the
material. At the same time pulling the material forward movement is
achieved.
In order to ensure the stability of the material frame during
operation, an inert rubber brake is arranged on the main shaft, and
the brake is used to adjust the brake to change the tightness of
the main shaft, and the tightness of the hand wheel and the
observation material are used to adjust the feeding smoothness,
thereby eliminating The inertia rotation caused by the flattening
part avoids the looseness of the coil.
