NC servo feeders are widely used in the processing industries of
stamping, shearing and slitting because of their precise feeding,
easy operation, high stability, low failure rate and self-checking
functions.
However, the NC servo feeders commonly used in the market have an obvious drawback, that is,
they cannot be used for high-speed feeding, and the feeder speed is
often less than 180 times per minute.
NC servo feeder speed is slow:
First, the low-speed PLC programmable controller used in the
electronic control system, the response time is too long, and the
pulse command cannot be issued efficiently and quickly;
Second, the relaxation action is achieved by the release cylinder
pushing the upper roller out of the lower roller. This process
requires the punching cam to send a signal to the solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve is used to control the cylinder movement, which
is not only susceptible to external air sources and electronic
accessories, but also slow to relax.
It is precisely because of these two reasons that the NC servo
feeders commonly used in the market are difficult to make fast,
clear, and relaxed movements in place. The thin plates are
"stagnated" during the high-speed feeding process, so that they
cannot be swift and precise. The ground feed is in place.
In order to truly meet the needs of high-speed stamping processing,
Ruihui Machinery has produced a high-speed NC servo feeder for such customers,
which replaces the commonly used low-speed PLC with high-speed PLC.
The state-of-the-art mechanical lever lever relaxation mechanism
replaces the common cylinder-driven relaxation action, and with the
centralized control of the electrical system, it can accurately and
quickly realize the cycle precision control of
"feeding_relaxing_feeding..." Achieve high-speed step feeding,
feeding speed up to 300 times / min.
When the Ruihui high-speed NC servo feeder is actually used, the
control panel setting program is accurately and quickly converted
into a pulse signal to drive the servo driver and the motor by the
high-speed PLC. The servo motor drives the feeding roller through
the synchronous pulley to realize fast and accurate feeding.
The clamping of the high-speed NC servo
feeder is realized by the clamping gas spring. The loosening of the
floating connection structure of the upper feeding roller and the
technical means of loosening the clamping drive mechanism of the
upper feeding roller are adopted.
The relaxing cam is driven by the reciprocating rotation of the
servo motor with the positive and negative small amplitude
(20-100°). The magnifying action of the mechanical lever lever
device drives the floating roller frame up and down to realize the
upper feeding roller and the lower feeding. The change in the gap
between the rollers, in turn, enables rapid relaxation of the
material.
