The 3-in-1 feeder is one of the indispensable equipments in the
peripheral equipment of the press. It has a high degree of

The three-point combination of the 3-in-1 feeder is also called the
pneumatic triple-piece. It is made up of three large parts of the
filter + pressure regulating valve + oil mister. It is installed at
the connection source to filter the water in the air. The
adjustment of the air source pressure, the lubrication of the
rear-end components, is an important guarantee for the long-term
stable operation of the 3-in-1 feeder, and can greatly improve the
service life of the 3-in-1 feeder.
The problem that the 3-in-1 feeder needs to pay attention to when using it:
1. The three-point combination oil mister has a visible window and
the oil mist is adjustable. During the use process, the number of
oil mist drops should be adjusted according to the actual demand,
depending on the model of the 3-in-1 feeder.
2. When routinely maintaining and maintaining the 3-in-1 feeder,
pay attention to timely discharging the water in the three-point
combination filter in time to ensure that the air entering the
3-in-1 feeder is clean and dry.
3. When the 3-in-1 feeder uses a pressure regulating valve to
adjust the air pressure, it should be stable between 4-5.5kg/cm2.
There is also the need to clean or replace the filter element
regularly. The use of the oil mister and pressure regulating valve
should follow the principle of being large to small.
